I'm looking to do my 3rd cycle. I would like to try tren ace, equipoise, test, t3, and of course pct. I believe I may be prone to gyno (nipples always get itchy)
I would really would like to lose bodyfat with whatever I do.
Not concerned about the cost. Money is flowing for me.
I am currently 6' 235 29yo
Strength is quite high right now even thought I haven't used gear in a little over a year now.
currently squat = 375x6
inc db = 130x6
bb curls = 175x6
If 12 weeks is better, let me know.

Here's the 16 week cycle I'm planning to do next year: (it's just the rough draft)
Weeks 1-4 75mg Anadrol ED
Weeks 1-16 750mgTest E
Weeks 1-12 300 or 400mg Deca or EQ (I haven't decided which yet)
Weeks 11-16 50mg Winny ED
Weeks 13-16 300mg Masteron (maybe - if I can get some)
PCT:
Weeks 18-20 40mg Nolva ED
Weeks 21-22 20mg Nolva ED
I'll also be taking .25mg of Adex three times a week & 500IU of HCG every week during the cycle.
I was thinking of adding some Tren but I haven't decided. I was also thinking of stretching the cycle out to 20 weeks but I haven't decided (I'll probably be starting it in February or March so I've got plenty of time to think about it).

I really like that. I'll prob switch out the a-bomb with 4 wks of dbol (I have quite a bit of that left over)
I definitely want to give tren a shot. If you throw it in there, how long and how much?
What do you think of switching out the test e for sust or supertest?
How many cycles will you have done before this?

I can't stand Sust because of the pain associated with the shots (I decided this year to give up on Sust & Prop...I've never found a brand that I like & that doesn't feel like I've been stabbed).

I'm not sure if I'm going to add Tren or not. I'm kinda leaning towards not adding it because I don't feel like buying it. If I add it I'm not sure where but I'd take probably about 200-250mg a week during the last five or six weeks.

How about this:
wk 1-12 test 500-750mg wk
wk 1-12 EQ 400-600mg wk
wk 11-16 tren-a 50-75mg eod
wk 11-16 t-3 50-150mcg ed (ramped up and down)
wk 13-16 prop 500-750mg wk
wk 1-16 1mg a-dex eod
wk 17-19 PCT
*The reason for not giving exact dosage recommendations is because I'm not sure of your history or what you're comfortable with, but the above should be a decent guideline. As for adding in dbol, I'm not a fan of it and do not see the necessity, but do what you want. I would also consider adding in clen the entire cycle, 2wks on 2wks off.

Arnold, do you feel the 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off of the clen is the best way to cycle it? I have tried 2 days on 1 day off cycle for a few weeks with good results, but I've heard of the way you state to cycle it around the boards and wanted to give it a shot. Just curious as this is actually the first time I've used it to diet down.

Just curious as this is actually the first time I've used it to diet down.
I've had good results taking clen for only two weeks at a time & then taking two weeks off. I've also taken it for five weeks straight with o-k results. I don't see the point with taking a two day on & one day off approach. Because clen has such a long half-life (36 hours) so you're never really off.
