A serving has 14grams of fiber with only 11 carbs (other than fiber that have no caloies). 60 calories.
1 serving of oatmeal has 27 carbs, 150 calories and only has 3g fiber.

Absolutely agree. I blend a cup of it in my morning protein shake some mornings, so you're already starting the day with 28 grams of fiber, blood sugra totally under control and able to maintain a disciplined diet. The best fiber source on the market in my opinion.

I love it! Great idea Rambo! You just added one more ingredient to my breakfast shake!
1 Chocolate Myoplex Light
1 Tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter
1 Small Banana
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 Cup water/ice
and now... 1/2 cup of Fiber One!!!
Blend it up and good to go! Thanks for the tip!
