No...looks like sweat and oil mixed with tan and it is running down the arm.

dont know what that is...usually site injections for biceps would be down through the peak of the bicep.

Yeap, Pro Tan looks like soy sauce dripping when you sweat..  If you're sweating it just means you're holding water.. Not good for a judge to see..
