I have started to notice my left peck is increasin gin size faster then my right peck i do flat and incline with dumbells not a bar and have been doing that since i started but my left peck is still bigger.....
Any ideas on how to bring my right peck up to the lefts size?

Does the same go for flat bench?

Go to a doctor,
and let him check you back and feet/legs (same length) development chest/shoulders.
Check out your own shoes and look if one is worn out more than the other. You probably facing an other problem which is not related to training.
