The IFBB can offer pro cards to who ever they want. There is no rule stating only winners of IFBB national level contests, etc., will be granted pro cards.

2004 Masters Winner? How old is he? i thought masters was around Bob Chic's age? 40+

If that is true how can Chic, Sean, Galanti or anyone rag the PDI for givingout pro cards since the IFBB does it too. God I'd love to hear how Chic can justify this one. It sure is great how he just so happens to notmention this fact.

Shit he says his lifting sessions last up to 4.5 HOURS!!
Silvio believes in high volume training, with work-outs averaging 3.5 to 4.5 hours. To supplement his workouts, he does cardio three days a week, 30 minutes in the morning and 35 minutes at night with a spinning bike or stepper.

He has size & symmetry and should have placed much higher in the IFBB shows he did. But the IFBB in the US usually favours US athletes.
