I have accomplished a major personal goal that I set a while back. When I put up 4 plates, I never thought I would get 6. This is on flat bench. Here was today's workout:
Flat:
135 x 12
225 x 10
295 x 1
305 x 1
315 x 1
Incline:
225 x 9
225 x 8
225 x 8
Dumbell flyes
Pec Deck
Current bodyweight is 219....6' 2"............33 Years old...

thats awesome! but thats 3 plates, 6 plates would be 585lbs. 3 is 315lbs which is good! congrats.

I always planned on having a huge party once I reach a 315 bench. Can't wait. Congrats and enjoy your strength!

Yes generally when you say how plates you've done it means "per side" not total. And only 45's count.

congrats bro... what a benchmark

6 sounds more impressive ;D
Nevertheless a good achievement judging on your weight and length. A bit ecto aren't you? Trouble putting on size.
