My name is Marcos Herrera "kakko". Im from Canary Island (Spain). This year i will attempt to compete in IFBB world amateur Championship in Rep. Checa.

Few weeks ago, we had filmed in gym, and this is the trailers of my first DVD, i hope will be finished around december 2006.

I'd like to read yours comment.
