Title: It's a shame, but Alves looked better as an amateur

it's not his hams/glutes, it's the fact that he's lost some size without getting more cut than his amateur days and his calves haven't improved at all.

You get the laughs that come with some really terrible ppl showing up. You get to see guys' real shape before they become pros and often blow up to the cookie cutter look that comes with gh and site injections... blurred lines, veins gone, and everyone jus tlooks the same.
