adonis: you seem to be a fan of old school bodybuilding?..im the same..as i prefer the old school physiques over the monkyes in todays bb..do you do the full body routines? i been doing  em for a few weeks and they are working great already..

Haha yes very basic and bright.
Today they make it look like its rocket science with all the scientific supplement bullshit etc.
