Which of the two should I get next. I have tried ZMA a while ago and am not sure it worked. NEver tried tribulus. Which do you guys recommend?

ZMA will only help you if you are deficient in Magnesium and Zinc, which many athletes are...
Tribulus is COMPLETELY worthless!!! Don't waste your money on it... Instead, send me your money as payment for this advice!

haha, tirbulus seems to be the most hated supplement on every forum.

The ZMA may help you to get better sleep, which is always a good thing, but I'd take a pass on the tribulus. You're much better off just spending your money on protein powder and creatine.

I agree. ZMA definatly helped my sleep. Tribulus is useless.
