Are there any other Getbiggers training for half-marathons, marathons or triathlons. I'm currently training for the Columbus marathon and so far I have lost about 10 pounds, although most of it was before I started training for it. I'm down to 150 and I've stopped losing weight, so there seems to be a limit to how much muscle is lost from distance running.
Is anyone else having a similar experience?

Im training for a triathlon but will keep doing the weights etc , just sorta looking at it as another form of cardio
