For the past 2 months I've been playing up the NPC Mountaineer show that I was doing on Sept 23 very heavy. However , the reason for that is because I wanted to keep under wraps that I was actually planning to do the INBF Southern Natural Championships on Sept 9 so I could compete with some peace and quiet without all the hoopla that I'm going to get at the Mountaineer. Only a few people knew I was going to do this event
Unfortunately, I just called the show's promoter Dr Laura Dady and found out that the show was cancelled for personal reasons which I understood. I'm not really surprised because there recently has been a big shakeup in the INBF/WNBF in which they have lost over 40% of their members due to the recent 3 year suspension of Dave Goodin, essentially the Ronnie Coleman of Natural Bodybuilding.
This is a big letdown for me because I was wanting to compete earlier. So I may actually post some new pictures up in a few days, however, unless my body falls apart or attacked by ninjas, I will be on stage for the Mountaineer, the Carolina Clash, & the Elite Classic.
I am ready for war and I will be competing for fun but also to show the haters that I can bring the fire.

isnt that the one you were going to get banned from doing anyway because of your posts on here admitting to steroid use vince? or is this just another one of those threads you make to try and get a bit of attention?prove us wrong for a change and post some pics instead of just saying your going to....whats wrong have they finally got sick of your crap over at mayhem so your coming over here and writing nearly the exact same crap you did over there?

he wont be onstage at the mountaineer,apparently theres a guy from mayhem called storm who's gunna kick his ass and vince has said he's took out a restrainig order against him,basically its a load of crap,ive got no idea why he puts himself through this.even the guys at mayhem give him a virtual beating when he posts there but he still goes back for more.the thread on mayhem is actually pretty funny you should go check it out,he contradicts himself about 10 times in the same thread and comes across even worse than he does on here...if you can believe it

I know several guys that have touched a weight in their lives and look better than him (which isn't saying much)

but really i think you are making a good move going into those natural bodybuilding shows....i have seen some of characters that do these natural shows and i think you could do very well.

Its actually more by now. The BNBF has pulled from the WNBF which made up 1/3 of the organization. That and along with dozens of people dropping out makes it aroun 40 to even possibly 60% loss of membership.

Your math skills are astounding.....Vinces math:
X = Total number of people in WNBF
30% of X = BNBF
Dozens (plural...so lets make it 24?) Bumped the number to "40 - 60%", so a mean total would be 50%....but recall 30% is the BNBF, so only 20% of X are the non-BNBFers
In this instance....24 is 20% of....get this.......wait for it......120.
So, according to Vince....only 120 people belong to the WNBF. Amazing.

The phenomenon known affectionately as Venom Vince Versace is cause for restraint. Why? Well because we can imagine a guy with ordinary genetics arriving at adulthood with no known means of support. Maybe he didn't finish high school. Well, a lot of blokes elect to do something re being a PE teacher or to work in a gym. Since some do not have the academic background they cannot go to college so personal training looks more achieveable. All one has to do is take some mickey mouse correspondence course and get a certificate. In the meantime our enterprising hopeful will do something about building up his body so he will look like he has lifted weights. You can imagine our wannabe finding progess very slow so he believed the hype about steroids so did the next best thing and stacked to his heart's content. Lo and behold there was some growth but he ended up with pecs and breasts. Oh, dear, what to do now? Well, enter an obscure bodybuilding contest and pick up a placing in the novices. Just get a trophy so he can claim to have a trophy-winning body. What resulted was displayed in those photos which are now legendary on Getbig. The guy has what it takes but for some strange reason he got the same reception from the multitudes that he got when he did wrestling. Everyone threw soda cans and jeers his way! That he stands there, today, unaffected by this nasty treatment is testimony to a fabric of personality seldom seen in anyone. Venom Vince Versace represents the epitome of Getbig wannabes in the most colourful way imaginable. I salute his determination and I just hope he shifts into high gear and show everyone here what he is really made of.

...that, and VVV....you know that the whole 120 folks in the INBF and WNBF are the ONLY guys nationwide....because they only have 5 shows a year...HAHAHAHAHAAHAH... serious, Canada has literally THREE guys competing in the INBF National show....some organization.....what a waste!
