look at Ronnie in the backround bb rowing 405, monster contrast in training styles.

I'm pretty sure Markus is warming up his elbow. He did tear his tricep a couple years ago so it's probably a good idea. Made in Germany is proof enough that Ruhl can hang when it comes to strength

When you look up "monster" the definition should just say "Ronnie Coleman"....imho.....

Ruhl is a big boy no doubt, his conditioning just has been off....plus the synthol hanst helped either..fuking up his image... :-\

stop with the ruhl-synthol shit already, if he was using synthol why wouldnt he put it in his tri's??? his delts have striations and normal shape as do his bi's, while his triceps are comparatively lagging.

He has used plenty of oil in various bodyparts. Why in the bis for example? Could have several explanations; some muscles just don't hold oil well is one. Some bodybuilders are just plain stupid. why did Ernie Taylor shoot so much shit in his tris and not his calves? You tell me bro.

Yeah, I'd love to experience what it's like to be that big. You're no longer human you're superhuman. You stand out like a negro at a Ku Klux Klan meeting.

i would say they are similar size wise with ronnie only having better legs thats it..i think so ruhl is the only guy who can be compared to ronnie size wise and also conditioning wise..its very hard to be conditioned at a bodyweight of 280lbs and ruhl is pretty much well conditioned at that bodyweight..

That shot of Ruhl is sick! EVERYTHING'S HUGE. If he got in great condition all over, he'd win Olympias.

Maybe you guys will laugh at me.

But,honestly I think the dark horse of this year is Markus Rhul.
Because, last week he had 138kg.
Maybe he will be in Santa susana at least 133kg.

Look at the Photo of MM with Coleman. Markus was almost better.
And he weighted 124kg only...

I know you guys say "His back...blah blah". But,what I want to say is HE will be JUST TOO BIG.
That truth is enough to re compensate his weak point.
Honestly he still cant beat Coleman. But, Jay is in danger...

Always reminds me of what Marvin Ward said about his triceps being his best bodypart and how they tie together his whole physique.

some of those pics are clearly morphed. i mean look at his tris in the front relaxed, they arent that big. in his training video his tris actually look small and his arms look thin from the back.
