Title: tightness in hips when doing seated leg curls
Post by: nodeal on September 02, 2006, 06:08:11 PM
whenever i attempt to do seated leg curls i get an extremely sharp tight pain in my hips. i suppose it could be from trying to stabalize my body but when i adjust the machine to fit my body type(im 6'3) perfectly it still is too much to bear through a whole set. any suggestions?

Leave those for the women.

Why would you consider a hamstring exercise just for women?

Does it have a lap pad?

If not, I'd opt for other hammie exercises.
