new studies as well as my personal experience has offered an unlikely candidate for gaining lean mass-sticks of butter! yes thats right, sticks of butter! ive been supplimenting my diet with 3 sticks of butter, 3 times a day and im bigger and more shredded than ever before. in fact, ive since dropped all meat from my diet as ive found that it is the true source of retaining abdominal fat.
adonis and DW got me started on reexamining my whole diet...let me tell you guys they are really on to something here! i suggest you experiment yourselves-the mags have been feeding us bullshit for too long. im at the point now where my diet consists of only 3 meals a day:
breakfast - one slice of pizza, one stick of butter, and a lite beer.
3-liter soda during my workout
postworkout/lunch - ice cream, one stick of butter, rheo egg
dinner - one slice pizza, one stick butter, ice cream soda float, one slice burnt toast, one lite beer.
the butter helps because it triples your intra-muscular trigyceride levels, thus topping out the water retention in the intercellular membrane and this leads to an increased production of lean glycogen stores.
butter.
its too easy.

Meltdown.

im dead serious, im going to up my intake to 8 sticks of butter per day.
protein and clean carbs DO NOT make muscle.
sugars, lactose, pure fat and beer does.
its too easy.
hahahahaha.

I guess I'll just start by going over what I'm doing now and why I am doing it. Right now, my average day looks something like this:
Meal 1: 1/4lb raw butter or 6-7 raw egg yolks(I have been experimenting with just yolks lately)
Meal 2: A piece of organic fruit or two, or maybe three or four.
Meal 3: 1-2lbs grass fed raw bison-organs, bone marrow, or muscle meat.
*these meals will always change, this is just an example. Really what I do is tell my body what I want it to do(ie:build muscle) and ask it what it wants and needs to do so. I smell the food I have in front of me, I look at it all, and soon I have an answer and I eat. As far as I know, this is the only way to ensure you are getting what you need and what you want. In addition to that, as of right now, I am pretty much only mono-eating...meaning, I am eating only 1 ingrediant at a time. I have to say, it has improved my already very good digestion and I am feeling even better, which is always nice.

-
but who the fvck WANTS to eat a stick of butter? i did when i was a kid, raw...now the thought disgusts me.
1-2lbs grass fed raw bison-organs...now that's sounds scrumptious. where to locate such delicacies?
pizza and ice cream sound good though.
-
GI index of 0!
-
that little cut dude has the right idea, eating sticks of butter, just like i said. now he just needs to increase his intake from one stick to 6-8 sticks, and he will add some real size while staying just as lean.

You want to look like that?
Any high school wrestler looks like that, and he cares even less about what he eats that that shmuck. He's still putting theory into practice with his meals. The wrestler is just eating when he's hungry.

world record currently stands as:
Butter
7 quarter-pound sticks, salted butter
5 minutes
Don Lerman

did you rub the butter all over your body first? and were men watching as you performed said activity?
c'mon, you can tell us

Off topic----but I remember seeing a video of a guy trying to beat a world record of drinking 40+ eggs---after he did it he literally collapsed, passed out and suffered a stroke
just saying its all about the butter, ice cream, stroking out and showing ur dick to other guys on the internet
I mean seriously, whats up with people not willing to lose function in half of their body

I checked out the guys site. He's a well built ecto. My workout partner's built just like him. Guy has the metabolism of a hummingbird. I'm sure this guy is just the same. And if you look at his diet, it's relatively low carb, high fat, high protein, so I'm sure he's running on ketones. He's gained decent mass for an ecto by eating relatively low carb for his activity level, the ketosis protecting his muscle mass and chewing through fat, making him very ripped, and just slowly adding as much mass as he can from the protein he does eat. He's in great shape. But he could be in better shape with a more calculated approach. I respect his beliefs and his desire to eat organically and by instinct. It sounds as if there is a very spiritual nature to him, so much so that it flows into all aspects of his life. It would make training and eating a very sacred, spiritual experience. I think that would far outweigh the added muscle of a more calculated and optimised approach. All that being so, if he altered his diet to be more of a typical "Bodybuilder clean diet", he could have much better size and muscularity.

Sticks of butter will get you looking like a big fat flabby greasy stick/lump of butter. A bit on potatoes is good but not too much.

That is a very weird diet, Adonis. Sort of like a carnivore diet if you ask me as I know people feed dogs with the same diet you have

I don`t eat that. The SwedishViking dude does that.
Works for him though.
-

-
I feel my arteries clogging as I read.
-
I honestly don't know if this thread was supposed to be a joke or not... But I've got tears in my eyes cuz I've been laughing out loud at it! I think I'm going to up my intake to 8 sticks of butter a day!!! That should be a Saturday Night Live skit!!!
-
A buddy of mine eats farts, and is super ripped.
I know this because someone ripped one at the gym the other day, and two guys next to him put their thumbs to their forhead, and said "not it," which meant my buddy ate the fart.
It's too easy.

He's only 23 years old so his body is running high in test and can adjust to the diet.
When he gets my age, that will be the real test because that's when all that test begins to drop
