Spain time is 9 hours ahead of west coast time. So is prejudging at 3am or something? noon finals?

I was just thinking that...it's going to be a cataclysmic weekend of biblical porportions...full of debate, pics to judge and bash...exchange of wit and ideas and humor...then with the Olympia the next weekend??? Gattdamn...I better run a cycle of Ginko Biloba to get my mind sharp and ready for whats up ahead...

Per the Santa Susanna poster, "Only 6 Euro per show"

SOOO, it's available but there's a cost for this one!  Euro is about 1.28; so broadcast will cost about $7.70 US times the two shows = $15.50 (approx).

Here's a link to the schedule. Looks like prejudging starts at 4pm Spanish local so that's 7 am on the West Coast?
Pre-judging and finals run straight through.

I was just reminded via PM that on the 23rd, our very own Vince Goodrum will be doing the Mountaineer in NC, and many from getbig will be in attendance.

This is a great lineup. Some stuff to look forward to:

Mustafa - A true cartoon, looks morphed. Nobody has better flow to his physique than Mustafa.

Silvio Samuel - Good BB, peaking for home show?

Horvαth - the torn biceps is the only flaw. Other than that, he is the best bodybuilder in the show. Should get a top 3 if he shows up in shape.

After look who is gonna competing in Spain and who in Atlantic City, perhaps the question will be "who is gonna see a small contest in USA?"...

Anyway if had a cost, six euros, I mean that the quality of the program will be adecuate per its price. In other hand, when they said that will be 6 euros per contest, one contest (09-23) will be tha final of Women World Championships IFBB 2006, and the other Spain΄s IFBB PRO (09-24).

I really hope Mustafa gives himself a legit chance this year.

When I read the pre contest diet for some of the natural BB's, I realised why guys like Cicherillo and Mustafa never quite nails it.

The best natty BB's are usually on a pre-contest diet for at least 26-30 weeks - and they usually start out at a legit 9-12% BF, they got some serious abs already. They eat bodybuilding food in the hypercaloric season.

In comparison, a guy like Mustafa diets for what? 12 weeks? And what kind of foods does he stuff himself with in the offseason?

Here there are a few seconds of footage from that show at the very end. 4:03  The shot i posted isn't seen but another really famous one is. Not hard to see that he would be that big in a side chest.

well I hope your not lifting at SATS or 3T as they don't have real weights - dumb bells to ONLY 36 kilos what kinda BS is that? Kaliber is cool as they got some serious lifters there and great weights- I also know theres a nice gym out in Melhus but the gov officials are there all the time and can ask you for piss samples at will and will kick you out if you test positive.

Well, I actually train at 3T, and they have only up to 32 kg dumbbells there actually. They do have a ton of machines instead, the bastards. I do not like it, but I get it cheap and convenient through work. I am not big enough to be considered for drug testing anyway, nor would they find anything. In time, I would sure like to train at a serious place. Lots of annoying people at 3T.
