For those that don't know....for competition...Franco would pluck his hair off his arms & such. Arnold could never understand why Franco would go through this painful process.

makes me wonder, what did franco actually consistantly do for upper chest? seems to me like he spent alot more time on the flat bench

I don't think i've seen footage or pics of Franco ever on an Incline. It is usually flat.

yes but i don't think they went dangerously heavy, they always shot for full stretch from what i can see.

Yes it was great training out there. My favorite place. Got sun watched girls walking by to the beach. It was neat getting tan while training. And there was nothing like watching Franco do bentover rows with no shirt on. Guy was unreal strong and wide
