I'm looking for footage of Bush, Cheney et al. with Bin Laden and the 9/11 terrorists, but I don't see it.

(CNN) -- For the first time, a video has been released showing al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden meeting with suspected terrorist Ramzi Binalshibh, purportedly as they prepare for the September 11, 2001 attacks, according to Al-Jazeera, which aired the tape Thursday.

Binalshibh is a Yemeni who allegedly admitted a role in planning the attacks. He was among 14 al Qaeda operatives that President Bush on Wednesday said had been transferred to the U.S. prison camp at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

The 14 men were transferred from CIA custody so they can face military hearings if Congress approves the tribunals, the president said. (Watch suspected terrorists practice martial arts -- 2:44)

It is alleged that Binalshibh intended to be one of the September 11 hijackers but was unable to get a visa to enter the United States despite several attempts.

In one of the segments of the tape, bin Laden tells his compatriots that the news from "the brothers who went out for martyrdom operations ... is delightful."

"And I strongly advise you to increase your prayers for them and beseech Allah the Exalted in your prayer to grant them success, make firm their foothold and strengthen their hearts," the al Qaeda leaders says.

The video aired four days before the fifth anniversary of the attacks that killed almost 3,000 people in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania.

CNN was unable to independently verify whether the video, made by al Qaeda's production company, Al Sahab, was made in 2001. But two of the men seen on it -- Hamza Alghamdi and Wail Alshehri -- were hijackers who died in the suicide missions.

Alghamdi was aboard United Airlines Flight 175, which hit the South Tower of the World Trade Center; Alshehri was aboard American Airlines Flight 11, which crashed into the North Tower.

Al Qaeda military commander Mohammed Atef, also known as Abu Hafs al-Masri, also is on the tape. He was killed in Afghanistan in 2001 in a U.S. missile strike.

Many of the faces in the video are pixelated to hide the men's identities.

The men are seen in training or in scenes from their daily lives.

"If struggle and jihad is not mandatory now, then when is it mandatory? The destination from which Prophet Mohammed was sent to Heaven is being transgressed every night and day," says one militant, Wael al Shehry, according to Al-Jazeera.

"When is it time to help Muslims who are under fire in Chechnya? And what about Kashmir and the Philippines? Blood continues to flow. When will it be?" he asks.

Yasser abu Hilala, an Al-Jazeera bureau chief who did the voice-over for the report, said the video is more than an hour long and uses archive footage from Western television networks.

I see that war propaganda which comes out in the week of the White House PR campaign has reached its targets.

i'll let the experts judge its authenticity.

I read two books on 911 this week.  At this point I will say that anyone who believes our govt had no hand in 911 either hasn't read enough of the actual events, or they are a complete moron.

I've spent quite a few hours reading about the conflicting statements made by NORAD.  They contradicted themselves and straight up lied about the events of the day so much, from minute one.  If they had followed standard operating procedure that day, at least 2 of not 3 of the jets would have been downed.

If you don't believe NORAD completely stood down that day, you are in denial, uneducated on the topic, or a fucking idiot.  They received the calls and did nothing.  Then they scrambled the planes to fly slow and take the long routes.

This means nothing.  AJ received it via the web.  I don't claim the US made it, but I won't rule that out yet, since they absolutely did make the last two. 

You do remember that the very very fake 2004 tape was also aired on AJ, right?

This may be so.  I pass no judgement on this tape yet.  Also we know that half of the terrorists were on planes that day.  it's flight 77 which had no arabs on board.  The NY planes did have terrrorists on board.  bin Laden was a CIA asset for 20 years.

If the faces were pixelated to conceal identities, how do they, ...or for that matter, how do we or anyone anyone else know it is actually the two guys they are said to be? Are we simply expected to take the USA's word on it? I'm sure if they had pixelated the 2004 tape that was supposedly of OBL, they wouldn't have the mud on their faces that they do now.

I'm sure the tape was made by George Bush in the basement of the White House and then smuggled to Al Sahab.  He probably hired actors to portray Bin Laden and the 9/11 terrorists.  Fabulous job.

Where are all the folks with the theory that the only reason that the lower price of gas is because the Republican party is trying to have an upper hand going into the November elections.   ::)   I mean, George Bush is blowing up trade centers, fighting in Iraq all so he can have more control over the oil industry.  Dayum the people of this country!  It's about DubYa and his family's money.  And you know the military is stashing Bin Laden until election time.   ::)

Osama bin Laden was a CIA asset in the 80s.  This is part of public record.  We gave money to he and his freedom fighters in Afghanistan's war against the USSR.  His code name was Tim Osman, and we sent money and weapons to him.  We also traded in intel with him - he knew that region and the US knew Russia.  Ultimately, Osama and his rebels repelled the Russians and won. 

Mr Intenseone, there is nothing unpatriotic about saying bin Laden was a CIA asset - we had a common goal then (stop the growth of the Russian empire).

I would ask that you become more of a student of history before making statements like you have.  You'll recall that George Bush Sr. was the head of the CIA until 1979 when he ran for VP.   He admittedly retained very close ties with the CIA during 80-88 as VP then as POTUS from 88 to 92.  Upon leaving the White House in 1992, Bush Sr. went into business with the Saudi family, exploiting the relationship he had cultivated with them over the years.  They remain strong partners to this day in oil operations.  This is public record, again.

Speaking the facts does not make you liberal, or unpatriotic.  Once USSR fell and bin Laden's relationship with the Saudis soured (although his truce stood until 2003), the US officially stopped funding bin Laden's adventures.  Officially.

You are completely wrong. The CIA never funded the Arab fighters in Afghanistan, and they never funded bin Laden. That's just another myth promoted by the tin-foil hat crowd. There is not one shred of evidence that bin Laden ever received a single penny from the CIA.

It's really not all that effective for people to mock conspiracy theorists anymore. 

So many people know the truth about the evidence - the monster holes in the official story, the way the admin refuses to address any of the valid points or test materials for explosives.  A whole generation of kids in college are learning the truth.  They'll soon be raising families, voting, running for office. 

You cannot just post a link to some spotty website anymore and say "CTers pwned!".  We've seen the fishy pentagon hole.  We've seen the WTC7 collapse.  We've seen many pieces of evidence which I'm afraid the govt loyalists just don't want to discuss.

BrianX, please tell us all what caused this magic hole at the pentagon.  Please tell us why WTC7 fell in such a manner.  You can't.  You post a link and mock the 911 skeptics.  But the fact is, their findings are based in reality, and yours is based upon a very hurried and politically motivated 911 Investigation.

Are ya kidding?  Dude, a plane with a 25-foot diameter drilled a 16-foot hole through, first off.  Then, both engines, the wings, the tailfins all disappeared.  Then, the carbon nosecone supposedly drilled a perfect 16-foot hole through THREE newly reinforced buildings.  Once it drilled a perfectly round hole thru the 3rd building, the plane decided to vaporize, taking all of the people onboard with it.

There were many witnesses who said differing things.  Some described the plane vividly down the the tailnumber and the looks on the peoples' faces in the windows.  Others said it was a small plane.  An undeniable fact is that it would have had to drive over the interstate, just a few feet off the ground, in order to hit the pentagon flying at 2 feet off the ground, as they said it did.  The only problem is, anyone who has ever worked with airplanes will tell you - the engine blast from a 757, flying almost 500 mph, 10 feet off the ground, would have thrown cars a hundred feet, easily.

Not one car was blown over.  The only damage was one cabby when a lightpost supposedly hit his windshield.  Pics of his car showed, ironically, an israeli book about the end of the world, sitting in his passenger seat.  Monster weird there.

But anyway, picture a jet flying full speed, 10 feet off the ground.  Those cars would have gone flying.  What many saw was something smaller, which came in after a 260 degree turn (nearly impossible for an airline), droped 7000 feet in something like 2 minutes, then leveled off at the last second and coasted over traffic.   Passenger jets do not manuever like this.  Globalhawks do.

This is an interesting one too.  Both sides have accused the other of photoshooping smoke and damage onto or off of WTC7.  Here are some pics released by the FDNY recently.  Firefighters took these.  you'll see building 5, completely on fire - I mean this bitch is cooking.  You'll see a very intact WTC nearby.  Remember that even tho the front had some damage,the back looks pretty damn good.  Yet when it collapses, it falls symmetrically.  Not to mention that NEVER EVER in history has a building turned into dust from ANY amount of fire, much less the small ones it had. 

What is the only thing in the world that converts concrete to powder?  What is the only thing on this earth which could have changed that building from 500 feet of concrete and steel, into 30 feet of rubble and a lot of dust in under 6 seconds... you guessed it - explosives.

In the first pic, you see what they looked like - building 5 was something like 10 stories - monster fire - yet remained standing afterwards at 10 stories.  Standard fire.

Building 7- little fire - yet somehoe manages to convert itself from that tall, 47 story building, into that very very small pile of rubble.  Why would one BIG fire leave a building standing, but one smaller fire pulverize concrete? 

Does this make sense to you?  It doesn't make sense to me.  I tried to justify it, to reason with it... to find any way possible that a building would do this, and I cannot.  It came down with explosives.

brian, please check out this 8 second video clip - you'll see the collapse wasn't slow.  It took under 7 seconds and was just so immediate that... well... tell me what you see here:

A big fuel tank explosion would have shot out all the windows, and it would have collapsed to one side or chunked.
A fire would have taken days of burning heavily just to have pieces of it fall: See building #5.

Two support columns wired would explosives would have allowed it to fall in freefall speed, 7 seconds.

Again, here is a closeup of the back of the building.  You see one broken window.  I can assure you, if a 12 to 42k gallon tank of fuel exploded, you'd see more than one broken window :)  And if fire was hot enough to melt steel, you'd see a lot of windows blown out.  This building looks incredible on this side.
