It's a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off split. Everything hit 2x in 8 days, so basically you have a wkA and wkB and then back to wkA. I think this will be a nice change for a while gonna give it a whirl.
wkA
Sun: Back(width) & Arms
Mon: Legs
Tues: Chest & Shoulders
Wed: off
Thur: Back(thick) & Arms
Fri: Legs
Sat: off
wkB

Tues: Legs

Thurs: Chest & Shoulders
Fri: Back(thick) & Arms
Sat: off
I'm thinking 10-12 sets per session for back, chest, and quads, 8-10 for bi's, tri's, shoulders and hams. I haven't decided where I'll put calves and abs in yet but I'll fit them in there somewhere.
Not really looking for any ground breaking advice, just thought I'd post this up...so go ahead and rip this apart or give any thoughts ;)

Overtraining?

You think? Seems OK too me. I've always responded better to a higher volume rather then low volume, of course there is a limit to that. I don't see how this would be too much as long as I'm still recovering.

Looks good to me.

I did a similar split and it worked great. do it for 8-12 weeks then switch. I usually do that, then i go back to one bodypart for the next 8-12 weeks.

That's pretty much the plan. My favorite split has always been 4 on 1 off and to do that for a few months and then back to everything once a month. This split is pretty much the same thing, the only difference is that it makes your off days the same every wk as where 4on 1off has them all over the place.

This is pretty much what I do. 3 sets for each exercise, 2 warmups and 1 all out
