The other day I started doing rows a little bit differently by accident. I would always do my reps with the body coming up slightly as i pulled the weight then bring the weight down low; half way between knees and ankles. The other day after doing a few reps and I decided in the middle of the set to do a bunch of really fast ones so I lowered the weight just a few inches for each rep pulling it up fast. to my surprise I felt this about three times more than the usual full range of motion. I guess this is because It keeps the tension. I thought when i saw the pro's doing it that way it was because they were trying to show off lifting heavy weight. From now on 3 inch rows is my way to go. :P
