Anyone eat more than 300 grammes a day?

I believe Massive G takes in 600 grams of protein a day in emulation of Ronnie Coleman.

In the offseason I don't count my protein. I just make sure I have some in every meal.

I get 180-200 g give or take, at a weight of 205-210 or so.
Much more than 1g/lb of bodyweight is ridiculous.

That kind of attitude which I sometimes see on message boards really pisses me off. You have these dumbasses who know nothing more about bodybuilding than how to inject gear properly, lift weights and eat a lot of food and think they are experts because they are "hardcore" - translated: good responders to drugs, or simply just users who by sheer virtue of using drugs have shown good results.
"Bigger Business" strikes me like that. Somebody who feels that because I have only learned in an academic institution and not through practical experience (with roids) that he somehow knows more than me. ::) Him "debating" with someone of my intelligence would be like me "debating" with Sir Isaac Newton on his laws of motion. I cringe when I see it. Seriously, who the hell does this guy think he is? It's like me "debating" with a 12 year old. My intelligence is being insulted any time a person like him opens his mouth.
Matt... you're undoubtedly an intelligent guy but don't misunderestimate Bigger Biz... he may hide it well with his little wisecracks and one-liners but the guy is brilliant and a bona fide bodybuilding genius, as well as a great business mind. He just likes to screw around on here, but don't let that fool you.

stearing this back on topic becuase I am actually interested.
I am at 400g @ 275 lbs (no not an internet exageration either, I am 6'6") spread over eight meals. 250g of carbs right now.
That is off season and most of my onseason. Tapering down to 300 in the final weeks before a show. That may seem high but I have made huge gains since I bumped it up.

I was eating about 400 grams a day whan I was weighing 245lbs at my heaviest. My carb intake is relatively low all year round - probably only about 550-600grams.
The most protein I had in a day was over 500 grams but I can't remember the exact amount.
I'm taking a break from training at the moment and just eating crap - I weighed 205 this morning but I'm going back to the gym at the beginning of October. Gonna get swole! ;)

I probably eat between 150-200g a day, at 6'1" and 245. And it's all real food... milk, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, nothing overly expensive... I don't waste my money on bullshit supps.
P.S. I've never juiced in my life... but at my age (41) sometimes I think about going to a doctor and getting a script for low-dose HRT, which I undoubtedly could, no problem... but at this point that's all it is, just flirting with the idea.

It's pretty easy. I drink about a gallon of milk a day, and one gallon of milk contains 180 grams of protein. That's half my daily dose right there.....

HRT-level dosages probably wouldn't do much for you muscle-wise.

2-300 a day, depends.
During a couple of weeks of cutting I do count them, and also consider the biological value of protein.
A vegan who's taking 400 grams of protein from a vegetable source cannot be compared with somebody who's getting 200 from a meatsource.
