I'm not asking how to take an oral, as in chewing, crushing or parachuting, but rather the dosaging.
I am taking 5mgs of d-bol tablets, along with other stuff, but I am curious about the correct or suggested way and amout to take of the d-bol, because I won't be on it but 4 weeks, I want to get the most out of it as I can in those 4 weeks.
The reason I'm asking is because I have recently heard contradictions about the correct ways to take the d-bol. I've heard that it should be taken in two applications in one day at 10 -15 mgs at a time.
Then I was told it should be taken once every 4-5 hours at 5mgs at a time. (with food). Then I heard it should be taken all at once (which I have never done<my stomach wouldn't be able to handle it>).
I have always taken it in two doses, at 15mgs at once, then another 15mgs later in the day.
But if someone has a better idea or knows another way to take it to get the best results from it, I'm anxious to hear about it.

Bro, It has a half-life of 2-3 hours, so just figure out your "awake time" and divide that by your MG
Are they 15 MG tabs or caps?
I was taking my @ 50mg a day
I tried splitting it up many different ways, and mine were caps so I had to open it up and split up the powder and then just drop it on my tongue,
I ended up just taking 2 25mg caps a day at 9am and 3pm
I felt the same pumps whether it was broke up or just taking in the two doses

And I have been taking 15mgs (3 pills) at a time, then later in the day another 15mgs. For the first week, then up to 40mgs towards the end of the d-bol part of the cycle.
I was curious if there was another way to take it, to get all I could out of it.
But the way yall are telling me to take it, is the way I am taking it.

30 to 50 mg aday is good

From all that ive read, most people recommend splitting the 30mg daily dose into 6 parts, 5mg per dose every 3 hours or so with food to keep blood levels stable.

I was instructed by a retired pro on his opinions of dbol. He suggested taking mine spread evenly throughout the day (the half-life of methandrostenolone in the body is only 3-6 hours) because I am stacking it with other things (test / deca). Now, this means that the peak levels are not that high and the liver has a better chance of metabolizing more of the dbol when it is supplied in frequent small doses.
Also, take in to account that everyone reacts differently and you should try different structures and refer to your training journal to decide what worked best.
People who take moderate to low doses of ONLY methandrostenolone should probably opt for a single morning dose...this means a higher peak level and and better survival of your only steroid.
But the norm is two doses when used with other gear...over 40mg daily and you could push that to three.
