Title: Look fat from side....

I look good from the front and back but when I look at myself in the mirror standing sideways, I'm not tight and look fat. I don't have love handles but it looks like my side chest and lats are fat. However, I do a lot of lat work but still look fat at the side. Does anybody know any good exercises to get rid of that look?
