Title: How will Ronnie look this year??

Fro the 3 weeks out pix: Looks like will come in smaller to reduce the size of the gut.
Last year he said that he redued the amount of food he had.  Instead of 14oz. chicken he took 12oz.

He also said that Chad Nicholls and Joe Weider told him to hold his stomach in all day and wear his belt whenever he is training.

P.S. I think the Joe Weider part was honorary
P.P.S. Jay will come in big this year, might be bigger than 2004, interesting to se what happens

Milos said he was 304 yesterday so it doesn't look like he's coming in smaller.

Actualy thats an old school method.
Also it you stand on four (yeah yeah gay jokes) and vacum works too.Try it ,wierd feeling and I heard it might be dangerous because it puts too much stress on internal oragans...god knows how much truth there is in that sentence.

I'd like Ronnie to come in at 300lbs plus just for the sake of it. Would be interesting to see what he'd look like ripped to the bone ay that weight.

Ronnie will definetely come in large and in charge come game time. He should not be underestimated especially via pics 4 weeks out.

Absolutely.  It's his record-setting Olympia, he's going all out for it and will be a mile ahead of Jay as usual.

Will they even have to call him out for comparisons?  It's a waste of time at this point. Let everybody battle it out  Then have him come out for the final "comparison" by himself.
