Title: What is your WORKOUT going to be Today!?!

Today I will do chest it will look like this:

5 minutes straight: Daddywaddy pushups (you do pushups for 5 minutes straight,as many as you can.

5 sets of Dumbell flyes
5 sets Incline Dumbell Press
5 sets of Machine Press
5 sets Dumbell Pullovers

5 minutes straight: Daddywaddy pushups.

I can`t wait!

im going to down a pint of ANIMAL PAK, then run to the gym, run thru the door instead of opening it, poop on the wall to mark my territory, then hit chest. i will do
5 sets of incline press, then 3 sets incline flys, then 2-3 sets pullovers. then i will throw a tiny tit through the windows and call it a day.

who said anything about dante?  not me.  You've got some wierd fixation with the guy cause he wouldn't train you.  I didn't say a word about him all day on this site.  You're obsessed man, give it a rest.  I've done a few posts today and I don't think I even typed the name until now.....you must be going mental trying to get him out of your head or something.

Don't change the subject, does all the male fascination by guys like BSB and sarcasm get you a little uncomfortable?  Or do you get off on it?  Not that there's anything wrong with it.  Now go call all your little boys to come and rip on me....

Weighted Chinups 4 sets
Reverse ez bar curls (21s) 3 sets

I like it rocket, simple yet effective me thinks. You do that once a week or more?

Today iv got rugby training, rugby on tuesday was a nightmare, 2 minute runs (hard), followed by contact rucking drills then played rugby league at end of session. lol

Tommorow in gym iv got
Db bench and decline bench 3x8
Db rows and close grip fron pulldowns 3x8-10
db press and rear delt work3x8
Behind back BB shrugs 3x8
cloegrip bench 3x8
incline curls 3x10
calves/forearms
