it helps me conserve energy so I can focus on my monthly workout and it has a basket for my protein shakes. It can handle 500lbs so it should be fine until I start to bulk again.

Its true WOMEN love me, my two live in nurses / spotters are always flirting with me. They always remark on my tremendous size when they use the hoist to get me in and out of my bed / rack-chin station:
