Title: arm pit pain !!!
Post by: Karl Kox on September 13, 2006, 07:32:35 AM: When woke up this morning I have this pain under my arm some times it always hurts ( not real bad ) or if I raise my arm over my head like I am going to do a overhead extention ( I did those yesterday ). Also it hurt when I put on deodorant this morning. Don't know if I pulled something or what . Any Ideas ????

Post by: Jr. Yates on September 13, 2006, 11:46:21 AM: Maybe pulled your lat doing heavy extensions. I'd probably stay away from any pullovers or extensions for a bit. until it gets better don't go for a super stretch with heavy weight on back day. hope it goes away. good luck.

Sometimes it also happens to me, but I can't find any reason for that, probably Jr Yates is right, but I think it might also be the body warning for over training. I was also told that sometimes arm pits hurt because liver problems ??? I don't know if it is true, but one morning I woke up (after a drinking night) and it was in pain, FACT!

LOL haha Well I did not get them Ms. Stella I got my self a very cold shot into my feet and am doing ok, now ..... how about that arm pit pain ?

ya it was a cortisone shot he sprayed some very cold stuff on my foot then BAMB ! gave me the shot. I will look into the inserts.

Hey that can be true. When I was 12 my best friend noticed some lumps in his arm pit, it turned out to be cancer and he died about a year later.
