Thought I'd give my imput on a new "sup" that may help some here...
First of all I'd like to say I don't work for them (I'm in software)
I didn't believe it until my wife ordered us some and I did one of their "cycles"..it was the nastiest shit I have ever shit out.
As an added benefit I lost 13lbs and 2 pant sizes.
I only considered it cause even though I don't have a lot of fat on my belly, it seemed to buldge a little below my belly button. It doesn't do that anymore.
Did you know the majority of people have up to 15lb of waste coating their intestines?..
I shit some alien looking stuff and never smelled so bad..seriously
May do this once per year as a "spring cleaning" type of thing.
Think I'll get better absorbency of food vitamins and supps?

lol..check out the pictures!
What do you guys think?
Ever done something like this?

My friend did this and seemed to think it was beneficial but I've heard that "cleansings" like this are not necessary.
She really loved to talk about it all the time though ;D
PS Do you mean Bowels of death? :)

I use the Dual Action Clense 2x per day (Irwin Naturals). Stuff works great and keeps me "light"...

this kind of "cleanser" is actually very unhealthy for the colon.... the colon is self-cleansing... just eat fiber and drink water
-
oh yeah... and have a glass of prune juice!!

http://www.infomercialwatch.org/reports/dualaction.shtml
One quote from the article: "Dual Action Cleanse is marketed with preposterous claims, and the company that markets it has a significant record of financial wrongdoing."
All I know is that I get it free and works for me. And as for the colon cleansing itself, it may be true for normal folks, but if you are eating to grow or on a low carb diet...good luck!
As I said, the sutff works for me. Oh, and from what I understand this is the #1 brand among this fast growing category and it has virtually no consumer returns. I have not verified this, so take it for what it's worth...

Nice collection of people arrange shit around their toillette rims on that site. Modern art.

I am not impressed, most of the people on their site probably eat crap, and are fat asses. Its no wonder that a little charcol makes them shit out funny looking stuff. I crap out things 18" long and almost 2" in diameter every other day. Its a wonder what drinking a gallon of crystal light and eating plenty of fiber does for ya.

It actually appears to be sloughed off intestinal mucosa that they are holding up. I dont think thats the wisest thing to be doing because like said above, the intestinal cells are constantly regrowing and be replaced anyways.
-
ok that was gross

Yeah, this is yet agiain another example of some supplement companies pandering to the ignorance of the average health consumer. One thing I'd like to be delve into is while peeling off the inner layers of ones large intestine (colon), whats the risk of scarring and intestinal damage that may occur? As "cleansing" as it may seem, i think this whole idea of "internal cleansing" is absolute rubbish thats been presented in wonderful packages by comapies like this, only to create a market full of people that think "life and death starts in the colon"...
thoughts?

Don't know but what I can say is that I was always a 2x a day guy but when I started traing and eating 4000+ calories a day..all that protein just stops me up..no matter what I took.
My wife has IBS and this helps her greatly and she has tried EVERYTHING. So just take it what its worth..I just like it cause it works for me.
And the pic on the site are fun to show others..lol (email them at lunch)..lol
-
those pics are very strange, i don't think you're actually slophing off internal layers of intestine. That would seem extremely dangerous, IMO
-
It is. and thats why that senna powder (1st ingredient in formula 2) is commonly avoided by people who believe thats why its actually has an anti-constipating effect on those who use it. to me, theres no way to explain why those crappy masses they're holding up would be anything other than intestinal layer.
By taking those pictures, they're attempting to make you believe that we have layers of old, thickened, muck and waste built up in our colons. This is simply just nonesense.
The only time "shit" builds up in your colon is when you're constipated, impacted, dehydrated, and so on. Kinda like John Wayne or Elvis. Otherwise, its totally clean. In case you're still a nonbeliever, find on the net a video of a colonoscopy.... usually clean as a whistle in there.

when I was on my diet for the first three days I had zero bowel movements...so I know the system was empty...
