over kill anyone who has been training more than 1 year should know that.
i train each bodypart once a week.

It definitely works. I've done it occasionally to break through strength plateaus.

Doesnt work for the majority of people just overtraining.  When you workout you stress and tear the muscle the nutrients ie proteins/amino acids go in to repair along with rest.  There is no way this can occur enough overnight.
