Kava is a wonderful legal sedative of sorts... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kava I first discovered this when I had a boss many years ago that I was close to killing... So I said, man I need to get my rage under control and went down to the health food place and asked what they had that might help stress. Well, brand new.... They had this thing called kava new to the market and said it should do the trick... It was later discovered that the doses were way to high for people who had not been subject to taking it on a regular basis... I got the potent stuff... Holy Hell that was awesome stuff... My boss would stand there "BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA" and I was totally oblivious. BAD TEMPER... I can get positively medieaval when pissed ;D
