Question...I have been using oats and a whey shake pw because Im of the opinion we truly do not need such a high gi source like dext pw.....but many times it bloats me up and is hard to get my next meals in....wondering if anyone uses rice kripies or rice cakes, both with a gi of about 80+ seems ideal, just curious...

I've used rice cakes, also try grits for a change of pace. Also, fake crab has a good combo of protein and simple carbs (they mix white flour and egg whites with fish to make it) which gives you 45g of carbs along with 14g of protein
