Very impressive!

I think these guys are great.  Really an inspiration to keep in shape as we get older!

On a somewhat related note, a few weeks ago in the gym at school where I train, there was an older guy, maybe in his 50s.  He was a dead ringer for Rusty Jeffers, bald head and mustache in fine form, wearing a t-shirt styled just like the "Arnold is numero uno" shirt from Pumping Iron that said "Old guys can still pump iron."

Loved that.

I didn't find that so inspirational.  The contest footage was taken from too far away. I could barely tell which competitor he was and no where in the rest of the clip do you get to see his body or what kind of shape he is in.  :-\

You want inspiration... have a look at Bernie Cooper then and now!
