Great Job Sami. Your loyalty and honor is awesome. Don't be surprised if you get a call from the IFBB. That's how they roll. Allot of false hopes. Don't fall for it. Where have they been all the previous years. The PDI is on its way and so are your sponsorship endorsements. Be prepared to start getting calls for guest posing from around the world. Wayne stuck to his guns despite the IFBB's threats and other ways of trying to get this show cancelled and they all failed. It shows you right there that Wayne is serious and the PDI is a major threat. You have integrity and honor Sami, you fit right with the PDI. You would be an oddity with those characteristics in the IFBB. COngrats!

I really had fun and loved all and the people who cheered for me... i would like to Thank every one in this Forum who supported me and advised me to be in my best shape.... thanx to my fans too... special thanks to the people who i met thru this forum and helped me with my meals, Training, following up my lost bag for 2 days and taking me to the show i got some names which i remember ( Ulrich + Ernie + Carlo Filippone and his family + Bob bonham ( strong and shapely gmy + Steel Gym + Work out world gym) and NEW YORK CITY people who been nice to me every where i have been ;)
it was the best time i ever been really happy and if i will belong to some thing inthis sport for sure it will be the PDI world and style coz that what bodybuilding should be all about.
i am happy with my placing and i will come better and bigger, aestheticly, symmetry and great lines with smaller waist, i guess i will hit the 208-210 by next year :o

Seriousy Tre do you have something against muslims?? you always need to through in a jab everytime something islamic is mentioned. Ramadan is a very holy month for muslims. And muslim athletes have found many ways to still fast and work their nutrition around for the fasting month. I being one of them. So rather then giving naive advice, why dont you show some respect.
I am ignorant to the muslim religion. What is the fasting you do for the month? Is there a time during the day you can't eat? or days you can't eat at all?

This is because Ramadan sometimes occurs in the summer, sometimes in the winter.

I just said it as it is after he started bringing the issue up and I got a lot of calls from people asking what are the problem between us. I never said anything. He started telling people that he no longer worked with me and people started asking.

I never had anything against Dennis … but we had a misunderstanding in the FIBO and thought we cleared everything …
Everyone know that the last week of the show is the most critical … a lot of the people look great before the show but loose their condition in the last couple of days. For the other show I prepared him for 7 weeks … is that enough??
I know who told Dennis the story … that’s why I don’t blame Tariq … but I will tell him to make an official statement about who I am.
I was never looking for Publicity … but now the time has come cause I am getting attacked for not being famous.
I didn’t want to write anything but now that you have mentioned it let me tell you how the story went cause as you know I aint scare of no Body, that’s why I always post with my name and post my pix.
I did tell you in the FIBO that I trained Tariq which is true … he did a show in beginning of October so I met him a week before that … he was about to start depleting and I gave him the plan for depletion and loading and what to stop and what to take.
The tablets you are talking about are Bumetanide AKA Bumex … a loop diuretic cause … cause he was holding some water … I told him to take 1 tablet which is 1mg … he was also taking Aldactone … so I told him to take 25 mg twice a day …. The tabs h had were 100mg so he took 200 mg a day … and that is what made him cramp… not sick.
He had another show 7 weeks later … and I assumed the judges would be the same so I wanted him to show up with a new look … which he did. Meanwhile it was Ramadhan … and Muslims fast in ramadhan from sunrise to sunset … so he wanted to fast (Sami had him show on the same date and wanted to fast too) so I changed their diet and it worked great cause non of them tried to get ready for a show while fasting. (Tariq’s previous show was in Ramadhan so he was fasting except the day of the show)
During the next cycle he did cheat for like a week cause he had some problems … and then tried to get back on track … so I told him to do cardio until the one day before the show (I usually stop 7 to 10 days out) and I told him to go to the sauna before the show but he couldn’t make it so he did sweat a lot in the pre-judging but was OK in the
final.
Anyway I don’t care if people think I am a guru or not … but who ever works with me knows how good I am.
And don’t ever think I am looking for Publicity … I just try to make my athletes famous. yeah... (go on board and say we are all Natural)
Question of the day … if I am not his trainer … Y the hell did he take the tablet from me??

Sami and I worked together on an off-season cycle after (April06) and he ended up 227lbs and looked better than ever. Then we started working on the NOC prep. After I got him the contract with NOC, a pro-card without qualification, and a 4 night hotel accommodation. gr8 support from PDI
We both had different obligation which conflicted each other … so we decided to work separately … so Sami is on his own from 5th August and he can manage fine until the day of the show. I don’t want to share my predictions … but let’s just say you are all going to be shocked when you see him on stage. Hope Rhino feeds Sami All the Pizza after the show … so I don’t have to do so when he gets bak ;D
I have couple of guys I am preparing for a show in Bahrain (Flex Championship) … plus I am the Judges Committee Chairman for the upcoming show in Bahrain and I am the Promoter for Grand KAI 06 show in Saudi Arabia … Plus my work … So as you see I am pretty busy …
I was planning to attend the NOC in NY and I did get an invitation from the PDI. But the Visa was a hassle and they required a 2 month prior submission of the complete paper work and they would keep my passport with them. I do a lot of traveling so I can’t halt my Passport for 2 months.
I read the boards from time to time … and what really shocked me was when I use to talk about the drug in the sport everyone use to freak out. I think GH15 made it clear to everyone where the industry stands. But what he said about the tested shows lacks a lot of facts. Anyway I don’t ant to get into details but just keep in mind that most of the time the test is done after the finals and after giving away the medals. So inject able Lasix aint always the right choice and in the amateur world a lot of guys don’t take the risk in inject able Lasix (although we get here for US$1.00 per ampule) and stick to the tablets. Thus that is only a diuretic what about the drugs they use to build and retain muscle until the day of the show + certain aspect of the diet are different and the carb depletion and loading is a bit different.
