Title: Training in South Korea
Post by: an123 on September 19, 2006, 12:03:56 AM
I know this is a long shot, but hey you never know.

I'm moving to KwangJu, South Korea and I was wondering if anyone knew any websites / boards I could browse to find some decent grappling training there.  Sorry for the spam, but hey it is worth a shot.

Wow, I don't know if they have experienced the grappling revolution yet.  Still into head kicks and lead hands down by their waists with cross body blocks.

Try to train in some gumdo just for fun. It is a great artform and really relaxing at least IMO.. it's quite interesting. Song moo kwan is from korea as well, its a form of taekwondo that i trained in as well decent for a taekwondo would really improve kicks if needed... have fun enjoy the culture its a great one to experience....
