These pics are from 9-13, that day I believe I started eating more and I have put on 5lbs or so since. (water) so I am smoother now but I wanted to get back to gaining to work on my weakpoints (delts and legs). I didn't diet down enough to be at contest condition but good enough for now. (27.5 inch midsection).
I will try to get someone to take pics in the gym tomorrow for the mr. getbig bs.

Brutal Adonis diet Update

Well I was able to lose more weight for a few weeks after I got stuck from my old conventional diet, using the Adonis diet. Not only is it as good as the conventional dieting method, but BETTER. Eating more carbs gives you more energy and strength and also I was able to lose fat faster! I believe because I was able to train harder and expend more energy, making the caloric deficit even larger.
Last week though I started eating more so I could work on my weekpoints. I'm eating a good amount more and I only eat foods that I like
Foods I eat include: pizza, buffalo chicken, granola bars, cereal, fruit, ice cream, cookies, brownies, pie, fastfood.
This is so much better than struggling to get enough calories eating bullshit like rice and plain chicken breast.

Looks great! Adonis will destroy you with his conditioning but I think you make good competition size wise. Legs need more size!!! How's you knees (that's your excuse, isn't it)? ;D

My knee has just recently gotten to 100%. My squat was actually getting stronger the entire time dieting. since my knee didn't give me problems.
I expect my legs to make big improvements while eating more now.
AND YES, I eat the same way as True Adonis. We talk about our diet methods fairly often.

Looks good dude. Should prob do more work on bis than tris though. Tris seem to overpower bis in that particular pic

more like 12 pounds maybe a little more but no way he has to lose 20 pounds fmor those pics

Forgot to add the obvious: You will look real fcuking good if you avoid injuries and keep at it. In 5-6 years you will be very impressive.
