Ever notice this? People with small triceps have huge chests. Arnold, Markus etc,,,,
whereas those with big tripeps--small chest (Lee, Levrone, etc)...
Maybe you should train your triceps before chest day?

I have never had problems with my triceps growing...Now my chest is another story I have to give it two separate days to have it stimulated to grow(1st-Mass Training 2nd-Shaping)...I don't have to do that with any other body part...Genetics and I am a short guy....

ok, scratch levrone, thats my mistake (1st time ever ---a getbig apology)....but its a generalization.
I worked my triceps the day before my last chest day to tire them out and my chest has never felt more tired and sore as ever before. the only thing that sucks is that you cannot lift as heavy, but I think it works the chest more.

That's not a good idea because if you're doing chest/presses with sore tris you would probably be overtraining them. Plus you should want to be using the heaviest weights possible. If you think triceps are overpowering chest in pressing movements, try the pre-exhaust technique. Superset a chest isolation exercise like flyes or pec deck with presses. That way you're chest will fail before your triceps during those presses. Good luck.

I've always struggled with triceps but my chest is probably my best bodypart. Glad to see I fit in with Ronnie, Ruhl and others in some way.

Not true. Schwarzenegger didn't have small tris when his weight was up, they just weren't as outrageous or cut. Fox and Szkalak had both.

Guys with huge delts often have small/ incomplete chests. Lee Priest again. Structure issue I reckon.

My tris have always grown really easy, but I cannot get my chest to grow for the life of me.

Chest is probably my best part and to bring my tri's up to match I have been doin chest w/ tris monday and tris w/ chest thursday, all presses for chest day 1 and all flys/crossovers day 2.
I think most people tend to fit a specific build but some like Bertil have it all
