Is he still in the hospital?

Is he still in the hospital?
no but he did threaten to beat me up on mayhem LOL
-
Why are you posting on Mayhem? Where does your loyalty lie? You better pick a side...soon.
Let me make a phone call. I have a source who see's Cormier on a regular basis. I'll post the information I gather as soon as I get ahold of him.
Everyone stand by...
-
I've REALLLLY given up on him. Some of the greatest genes in the game and he acts like it's 'no big thaangg.' Pisses me off how arrogant he comes off sometimes...
Besides that, I read in the latest MD that he had some bullshit problem (even it was legit, it's beside the point..) and ended up in the hospital. Although he did go on to say he'd make the O this year, the fact remains: HE'S STILL DEALING WITH FUCKING ISSUES!!!!! Why not move to a remote area (like arlington... Ronnie.. Branch...Quincy... they all have the idea) and TRAIN. Quit fucking around across the pond, getting into shit here, smokin' herb here, runnin' your mouth there... GET TO WORK!
Meltdown, yeah.. but his shit pisses me off nearly everytime I read about him.

You know as well as I do that Cormier is a sterotypical 'you know what' and they do not know how to physically survive without 'issues' and 'drama' at every single corner of their lives.
Take Lee Haney. He is NOT a sterotypical 'you know what'. See why he always won and did so well? He stayed in GA and got it done. Yates stayed in a basement gym across the ocean and got it done. Ronnie hides out in MetroFlex in the heat of TX and gets it done. There is something to be said about guys who stay the fk away from the drama and nonsense in their personal life and in Gold's Venice.

Chris likes the recreational drugs.
careful, he will beat your ass

:'(

He needs to either hang up the trunks or get his act together. Golds Venice is no different than a 24hr fitness... Its one of the most social gyms ive ever gone to. A bunch of laughing, flirting, and other BS. Its nothing more than a place to go and show off. I now go to a small old grungy La Fitness (near my house) and Milos gym in placentia ... Thats a hardcore gym. The place screams work!!!! Work hard!!! Chris should isolate himself and focus 110% on bodybuilding. The man is great... Im a big fan and would hate to see him go out without fighting.
-
Chris won't compete anymore. The end.

Where did you get that info from? Source?

Where did you get that info from? Source?
Even though I am sure Cormier read that magazine from cover to cover every month...I don't think 'Source' covers anything that has to do with bodybuilding besides 50Cents' jailhouse-style workout routine maybe...

Blame it on the loss to Lee in Aussie Grand Prix 2005.Was not a happy man.

I spoke to CC yesterday, he is well, back training and regaining his health. He will almost definitely be back to do my show in March. Dont write Chris off just yet his competition days are definitely not over. Although Chris did not enjoy being beaten in Oz, he is over it and we have stayed friends. As plenty of the get biggers post shit about pros that they have never met, maybe I should set you all straight. Chris is one of the best competitors a promoter could possibly have in a show. Why you ask? Well for a start he encourages the newer pros, watches their routines and compliments even the rookiest of pros. He keeps things light hearted back stage and dose not suffer from a superior athlete syndrome. He cannot do enough to promote the contest, from press appearances to meeting fans, visiting gyms and coming along to the local weigh in. He even herds up a few of the other pros who are lazy or unmotivated. Chris Cormier and Vince Taylor are the only pros that offer to help any way they can, from unloading the truck to setting up the venue. On top of all that you may not realise that Chris is a huge fan of the sport, he is like an historian. His eye for detail and understanding of bodybuilding would make him a great judge when he has had enough competing.
I just want to set the record straight, don't hate mate.
-
Thanks Messiah. I had no idea Chris was such a professional. From what I hear he's a real douche. An immature douche.

I stand corrected.
Side bet of a $1 that he doesn't compete? ;)
-
I have noticed that mostly all the people who talk to him or know him have nothing but nice things to say about Cormier the man, yet all those who don't know him let alone have never met him say he an asshole and whatnot, well FUCK all you who don't know him and talk shit. Cormier will be back, I have faith in him ;D

Here is my point of view of Chris for what it is worth , I have competed with Chris in 4 shows and every time he has been encouraging and as friendly as any could be , he has gone out of his way to say hi to me and my family , and even got me and a whole lot of others pissed(drunk) one night at his own expense, he has commented positively more than once on my conditioning and changes in my physique back stage and even went on to state at one show to the crowd that my routine was the best he had seen and was what bodybuilding routines were all about , I have seen him back stage helping guys out with there tans and even though he is classed as one of the top guys in the sport he was always very humble and even once back stage whilst pumping up he asked me if I thought he looked alright !!?? I have wittnessed Chris talking to the rookies at shows whilst on stage and offering words of encouragement and he once told me and a couple of the other guys in our first show to just relax and not to over pose or pump as we would be out there for a long time and the hot lights will pump you up but also wear you down real quick !!
He always stopped for fans and went out of his way to do photo,s and promos for the shows (free) and once in a athletes meeting we were talking about the judging about the big belly's and over sized blocky monsters , and Chris said to Wayne Demillia , "if you wanna make a stand against this type of thing put Marc (me) first as his symmetry and conditioning is what this should be all about , I naturally fully agreed with this suggestion.
In one show me and Chris both won a $4000-00 Tag Heure watch each and Chris gave me the choice of which style I wanted to have before his own personal choice !!
So it would be a sad day Chris is no longer competting as he is a gentleman and as supportive to his fellow athletes as one could be , forget his meltdown over being beating by LEE we are all allowed or OFF MOMENTS , his good points (as I know them) far out way his bad !!

Wow!!
Props to Chris !!
-
It isn't the first time I hear those stories about Chris helping everyone backstage
that's pretty cool of him, he seems class act all the way
-
Chris is a good guy. You hear so much bad stuff about him but meet him and get to know the real Chris he is one of the nicest people. I've introduced him to some of my friends and they couldn't believe he was nice to them lol. He has been training at the gym I go to and everyone likes him. He answers all of their training questions and signs free pictures to give to them.
-
The truth of the matter is just about all Pro,s I have meet in this game are very nice people , it is just that when a fan catches them of guard or in a hurry or nearly brain dead from dieting they think this is there normal parsonna , but in truth most respect there posisition and there fans !to the fullest , plus every one has there own personalitys and as we know in life you cant please everyone , but if you try to at least you are trying !!

The first time i met chris was at golds venice...he'd just got to the gym, so i simply introduced myself and said "hey" and left him to his business.
I went down to venice beach for some food with some friends and a few hours later i saw him strollin. my friends were nervous to meet him, so i drageed there asses up and he saw me and said "hey whats up man?" like i was an old buddy :)
