Yeah Serge was so good that even Arnold was in awe of his shape. Serge even trained Ferrigno for a while and Ferrigno was experience some great results. Imagine Serge with the drugs of today!

I think he was the best of the era. Well next to arnold of course. Robbie R looked crazy also.

maybe the drugs of today would have ruined his wonderfull build..nothing is guranteed Alexxx.

No but training 5 hours a day while eating his official meal at night might have something to do with that tiny ass waist.
