Today to celebrate my outstanding work and superior work ethic coupled with awesome genetics I have had the following:
-6 raw eggs
-one large banana
-one cup of 2% milk
-one table spoon of sugar
-one table spoon of honey
All blended together oooooooohhh baby my energy levels are up and I am happy that I have accomplished such a great feat!

Yeah man! I gonna cook up a whole plate full of macaroni!! Gonna pig out for a while but that is fine because I have found the best training method which I started today. I call it the HOLISTIC TRAINING PROGRAM!

Oh I plan on staying at this bodyfat percentage I am just going to experiment and try to find my calorie limit with this new training.

Most of my weight is in my legs whereas you have on upperbody. I still trying to improve upperbody and am working extremely hard on chest.shoulders/back.

Yea but I've been eating about 3000 calories for about 10 days, a lot of simple sugars. I'm starting to get sick of sweet food. I had a dairy queen cheeseburger and blizzard today and didn't really enjoy it.

Then stop eating sweets man. Eat what you like or want. Follow your instincts and test out what type of foods have positive effects on you.

I don't incorporate the Adonis principals but maybe sometime in the future might try them. Adonis brought to my attention that I was overeating and undertraining. Thanks to him I saw that my before pictures where better than my after. :-\ But now I am on the right path. Like Daddywaddy I don't believe in overtraining.
