The IFBB is not a Federation or a League, it is a company. A company with an owner, who wants to suck all the millions of dollars to himself. Basically, Ben Weider sold AMI a dead frog for 300 mil.
-
nonprofit canadian org, to be exact.
keith, you have my $100 ready? :)

So can we double it up if Cutler wins? I mean that is against the odds...

You can"t. There is no exit strategy. Where do you think the NPC came up with the idea?

The Weiders sold Weider Publications. Not the IFBB.

ah, no. I got a bellyache when I saw those cutler pics. he's hungry. he'd shank ronnie in the pumproom if he thought he could get away with it. jay looks like he's thrown out that longterm "retire at 32" BS and just wants to fight his way to a win.

And the Olympia for $3.2 million
The IFBB is actually just a family business. They masked it with fancy paperwork and shit but in reality it is just a family run business, ran like they want. Everything else is smoke and mirrors. Nothing more nothing less

How much income tax was paid on the sale of Weider Publications?

Much get things separate in life. IFBB is a federation. IFBB Professional League is another part. Weider Publications, not the IFBB nor the Olympia, was sold to AMI. In another deal, AMI got the rights for promoting the Olympia Contests for x amount, plus whatever else they agreed upon.
This year will be a great Olympia, Ronnie either shaving Jay's hair off, or Ronnie losing.
Next year, if AMI sells Weider Publications, or parts of it, it doesnt have anything to do with the Olympia. But speculation is that if the magazines go, why should AMI promote the Olympia. But we can wait until after this years Olympia, and when the magazines are sold to speculate on all of this conspiracy, can't we.
See you at the Olympia.

"federation" has no legal meaning in the US and probably in Canada. The IFBB is a privately owned company. There may be organizations within other countries officially recognized by those countries as the sanctioning body of that sport, but not in the US or Canada.

Duhhh.............

So it's still a company, not a business like most leagues, a company that the Weiders profit from. Although they do no competing or promoting themselves.
