its the view of the leg that everyone sees of their own, that way it will be easy for someone else to compare my leg to theirs because they are familiar with how their legs look in that position.     ;)

Practice in the safety of a squat rack and use a chair to guide how far down you squat. Just place a chair right behind you and when your ass his it, push up. Also, make sure you do it in the mirror so you can keep your eyes on your hips and thighs. I almost never take my eyes off of them during a set of squats.

Also, another problem you may face is a lack of flexibility in your achilles tendon (which causes your heels to rise during squats) at the rear of your foot. Just stretch it out as you would stretch your calf. And practice holding the squat position so your body adjusts to the position.

Squats are worth all the time put into them. Now get started!!!!

yeah ive tried that before but i can never get my back out of the movement..it always ends up really sore and my legs not so much.   i think your right about the lack of flexibility...which i have been trying to work on.

Yeah fatass.. out of everyone that's seen mine the only person to say anything negative is you.

ON THE OTHER HAND...

EVERYONE who has seen ANY of your pictures has either laughed at you or told you to resign your membership to this board.

..or both.

PS.  Can anyone name the Getbig member who has an entire board dedicated to why he shouldn't post here?  I can.
