Very good point.  "Demonizing disagreement."
Does anyone know where to find a transcript of this?

Being involved with debates every day, you kinda forget to step back and look at the bigger trends.  People really do get demonized for their disagreements.

YouTube serves it's purpose. If you knew the stranglehold on distribution oligarchies have, you would welcome the YouTube's of the world.
