sweet jesus...you were in the high 20% or even low 30s. IF, and I say IF you actually did use your methods to get shredded (and i still find it hard to beleve, looks to me like textbook dieting), then great work.

great work TA. You take a lot of flack for your theories, and although I disagree, you obiously can back it up.
I would say your weakest points are hamstrings and arms (size wise, excellent separation though). Do you stiff leg deadlift?

Those were taken in April.
I was fat in the pics with Ronnie Coleman.
MY joints are small enough and bones long enough to be able to hide the fat in clothes.
Remember Kennie when I was at Gold`s. Nobody really considered me fat. I was easily 30-40 percent bodyfat, just like in April.

Man, i never knew you were in such bad shape! kudos to you, and to do it without cardio? I do as much cardio as i can...lately theough my diet has been slipping...

I eat and ate Krispy Kreme and Ben and Jerry everyday.
Chips Ahoy cookies too. And Steak and Gourmet fish and lots of stuff off of the food network, Cake....The list goes on and on.
Trust me. It is simple and I can guarantee the lowest possible bodyfat with ZERO muscle loss.
I have validation to prove that I lost ZERO muscle. I just have to find a way to convert files....

Its more like, you did tha tin the past, then for the mrgetbig, you dieted down..sure your body will take some abuse of junk food, it will take alot to start overspilling calories to fat stores...alot....it doesnt mean it got you where you are now, thats for sure.

This comparison is the pinnacle of who Adam really is. Kind of like the character Ben Stiller played in Dodgeball. Adonis even calls people fat and stupid from time to time just like that character does in that movie. Man, I couldnt get that fat even if I tried as I bet the same for 90% of guys on here that are even moderatly active. I guess along with having their physical health, they likely have their mental health in check too. Unlike our fat freind Adonis... And I dont care if you're in shape now. For a young guy like yourself who works out, it shouldnt matter what you eat, you shouldnt look that bad. I'm gonna call disordered eating on this one!
Once Adonis resorts back to his normal habits, he will be just another fat guy apporaching hypertension and diabetes again. In the meantime, he will pat himself on the back and get kudos from all his sychophants on this board.... A true mystery to me.
