At the Night of Champions (PDI) he would get last.

Actually, he would be quite a few guys from the PDI.  He's a little guy from Montenegro, but you had to feel for him as he knowingly looked out of place.  And by the way, bad color and a lack of muscle, but at least........  He didn't forget to diet.

Steroid induced gyno is different. This guy is lean so he should have no fat there, these are not puffy nipples either. It's due to steroids.
