Reports are Tracey tore a ligament in her thumb. It turned in the opposite direction and not a pretty sight. She will still be at the Olympia and will be doing all her strength moves.
Best wishes to Tracey and a speedy recovery before the Olympia.

I was at the show and witnessed the unfortunate accident.
Tracey's routine started out as a "high flying" and intense but just 45 seconds in, she showed a twinge in her face while doing a straddle hold. She even continued with her routine for a few more seconds after it before she realized it was truly a serious injury she was dealing with. Absolutely stunned, I watched as she walked off stage grasping her wrist.
Truly a horrible thing to happen to any athlete, let alone one who is already qualified for the "O" and looked to be a top contender.
I hope she is able to recover and have heard that she still plans on competing (although this is unconfirmed and I only overheard this secondhand).
To Tracey, Get Well and stay strong. Hopefully you are able to compete this coming weekend. We're thinking of you!

Here are a few pics of Tracy at the show. She looked fantastic and ready for the "O". Let's hope she gets to show off her conditioning and routine this week!
