How can I tell the difference when I see someone with a "dense" look versus otherwise. Can I get some comparison pics? I have no idea what to look for.
-
When you see "Dense" you will know it. Deep and thick full muscular development that set's one apart from other people. Sorry no pictures. But think of a powerlifter or Olympic lifter compaired to the average BB'er or gymnist. Or going back in the day, look at a picture of Sergio vs. Zane. Or for that matter look at a photo of Arnolds upper body (dense) compaired to his lower body (not dense). Good Luck.
