I'm no expert... but I thought with proper gyno surgery all the glandular tissue around the nipple was removed so that it wouldn't recur?

i paid for mine out of pocket when i was 18 ($2100.00) so a 30 something year old bodybuilder shouldnt be avoiding this and recovery wasnt even that bad or long.
