Twice during the night, when you wake up, once before lunch, once at lunch, once in mid afternoon, dinner, before work out, after workout, once before bed.
That's about ten feedings, 20-30 grams of protein per shot, 200-300g of protein per day.

Both, 20-30 grams half an hour before the workout to supply amino acids to the muscles during training; the same with some fast-acting carbs after to facilitate protein syntheis and glycogen replenishment

Make sure every meal has a protein source,
if it ain't enough use a supplement.
