My only beef with Johnnie's videos were that the first two were very similar - I haven't watched the newest one yet, but I suspect it may also be very similar to the first two. I'm hoping he does some heavy poundages in it.
Looks like one for the fags :(
Matt, have you seen the new Jon Pall Sigmarsson film yet?

Johnnie Jackson is another guy who lies about his training poundages and he's really not very big if you watch that little video clip, he's cut but not big at all.

the fact that he does/did compete in the WPO and have a total over 2k, does give him some credibility as far as the poundages.
however, in last months FLEX, when he listed all of his poundages, i'd love to see some of them.
like 100 lb front raises and db curls.

how about seated military presses with 405 for 8 when he struggles to bench the same weight on his video for 2 reps, hahahaha. ::)

that's modern-day powerlifting for ya.
that's why the biggest names in pling compete in the WPO. no rules as fas as what equipment you can wear.

on the Fitshow (or whatever show Chick has on BB.com) Johnnie does 85lb dumbell raises with pretty good form, and 100lb dumbell raises with fairly decent form too. i was reasonably impressed.
