Did you ever think of the fact that Bob is probably a 3-4-5X? Now have you seen that size at the Gap, Old Navy, Nordstroms, Abercrombie (although i don't see him weraing that) or any of your common clothes stops? Maybe it's hard to go pick something right off the rack.
Let's see. My suggestion to most of you (now that's not ALL of you) is to focus a bit more on your own training and a lot less on Bob's wardrobe. :-*

Always love to help when i can. ;D

Who wants to get stuff taylored? I see even those with a ton of money thinking that's a waste of time.
As for the pleated jeans, don't you think they would be more comfy with big legs?

Mydavid,

Dont take any offense to this but I dont think you know what fashion is, gap, old navy and nordstroms dont constitute fashion.

Yeah, it hard to find clothes that fit. And I'm nothing special......I can't imagine being a "big" guy, like the pros......

I see intelligence is your strong suit. If you have to ask who wants their clothes tailored than you'll never know. If you have the money having your wardrobe tailored is the only way to go.

Jaejonna,

No offense taken, but i was stating the obvious for the small minded folk here at GetBig...half the people don't get out, right? Isn't that what everyone says? I was just trying to think of the different "pop-up" ads that go along with all the internet searching that's done daily. I live in LA and although i'm no fashion queen i certainly know what the "look" is.
Thanks.

Dear "ieffinhatecardio",

Please don't go there with the "I see intelligence is your strong suit"...we don't want to play. I still don't think getting clothes tailored is huge around here. Just my opinion sweets.

I think I saw a picture of you once and you're correct, I don't want to play with you. I could list a dozen benefits of having your clothes tailored but I fear you wouldn't listen. Let me just say that having your wardrobe handmade is one of the great luxuries in life, not that I can afford it but I've seen enough people that can and I've never been disappointed.

I have a query for you, why do you format your posts as if they were letters? Don't you find it a bit formal?

But there are better things available in large sizes than shiny pirate shirts.  ::) I'd rather wear a t-shirt than dress up like a gimp.

I think he looks more like a pimp than a gimp.

Big & Tall is a good store. However, even with my gut the 3x-5x button shirts have a tents worth of fabric to tuck into your pants. So if you're not wearing jeans (or other heavy material) or fairly loose dress slacks, you can see the folds of the extra fabric in your pants. Not cool.

But there are better things available in large sizes than shiny pirate shirts.  ::) I'd rather wear a t-shirt than dress up like a gimp.

Fair enough. There's a pic of Jay in another thread with a cute button down plaid shirt...now i think that's very nice looking!!!!!! And it's tight, too, but he doesn't look like a fag.

As for the letter type, i did that because jaejonna did that to me in a post before yours and i thought i'd carry it on...i promise not to do that again (at least to you :-*).

Now i'm not sure if the statement about the picture was good or bad. No worries, i think i'm going with a HUGE compliment from you, "ieffinhatecardio". Thanks ;D

Back at the originalWorld Gym we had a girl that would make us clothes.  She was awesome.  She would take all your measurements and put them on a little index card.  Then all you had to do was tell her what you want.  You could show her a magazine with a pair of pants you like and she would make them exactly like the pictures custom fit to your body.  She would do this in like 2 or 3 days and sometimes shorter.  Not sur eif I remember right but I think the pants were around $20 and shirts $25 or something like that. Really cheap considering they are custom.  It's pretty obviously not many if any of the pros today have their clothes custom made.  espceially Ronnie.  And if they are then he shoudl shoot his tailor.  And for anyone who islooking to get suits custom made you have to go to China.  Go to Arshads in Kowloon.  You can go only once casue they will have your measurements on file so you canjust call them and they will deliver.

It was his taller brothers suit.

Granted....this looks more like a "tux" jacket (double brested) which tend to be longer....

but that style has been out for a while & this looks still about 3-6" too long for even that style.

The the pant legs need to have (1) break in the drop of the pant line.  His has "rolls" which is again about 1-2" out of alteration.

Nothing worse than seeing an adult man dressed like a kid in his brothers suit.
